What EU AI Act 2024 Article 26 - Deployer Obligations for High-Risk AI Systems requires
Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 Article 26 sets out obligations for deployers of high-risk AI systems. Deployers must use systems in accordance with instructions of use, assign human oversight to qualified persons, monitor system performance, report incidents to providers and national authorities, and where applicable, conduct fundamental rights impact assessments before deployment.
